The Customer Support Associate at Spark serves as a frontline contributor to the company’s mission of improving Medicare navigation by supporting advisors and clients and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. The role partners with the Customer Experience Manager and cross-functional teams to maintain service standards and support a growing broker and beneficiary base. This is a remote-first, full-time hourly position with a U.S.-only location requirement and a preference for candidates in the Pacific or Mountain time zones.
