The Customer Support Quality Analyst will ensure the support team consistently delivers high-quality service by monitoring interactions and supporting continuous improvement. The role is based in Pune and reports to the Outsource & Support Project Manager / Support Team Lead. The analyst will work with management to produce quality reports, provide actionable insights, and help maintain compliance and best practices across support channels.
