About this role
The CX (Expansion) Enablement Manager will design, develop, implement and measure training initiatives for new hires and existing team members within the Customers Organization, with a primary focus on the Expansion Team of 50+ Account Managers. The role aims to equip front-line teams with the skills, certifications and workflows needed to drive outstanding customer experiences and measurable business outcomes. This position sits within the Revenue (GTM) Enablement function and partners cross-functionally to align training with organizational goals.
