The Demand Generation Lead at Rhythms is responsible for building and optimizing the demand generation engine, focusing on analytics-driven paid programs across various channels such as LinkedIn and Google SEM. This role involves hands-on management of targeting, budgeting, and channel performance, as well as developing dashboards for funnel analytics and conversion improvement. Additionally, the Demand Generation Lead will work to enhance website performance through A/B testing, optimize lifecycle workflows, and maintain pipeline ownership alongside sales, all while leveraging data to drive pipeline growth and refine marketing strategies.
