The Director, Commercial Sales at Figma is a second-line sales leader responsible for leading and scaling a team of Account Executives to engage, expand, and retain the commercial customer base. The role focuses on building data-driven processes, forecasting, go-to-market strategies, and partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations. Based in Figma’s Paris hub and reporting to the VP of Southern Europe Sales, the Director will also act as an executive deal sponsor for net-new customer acquisition.
