About this role

The Senior Director, SMB Americas will lead Druva’s SMB acquisition business across the United States and Canada, driving revenue growth and customer success. This role partners with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to scale the commercial sales organization and expand net-new logo acquisition. The leader will report to the VP of Commercial Sales and play a strategic role in shaping go-to-market execution and organizational performance.
