The role oversees base salary structures, variable incentive programs, market benchmarking, and compliance across the US, Europe, and Asia while leading a team of compensation professionals. This position partners with senior leadership, Finance, and HR to ensure compensation programs support talent attraction, retention, and firm objectives.
