Director, Engineering Operations

An Engineering Operations leader at Datadog responsible for building and leading the Engineering Operations function to define how Engineering operates, drive productivity, reduce operational friction, and enable better decision-making across the organization. The role reports to the Chief of Staff to the CTO and partners closely with senior leaders across Product, Finance, People, Legal, and Business Operations. It focuses on establishing programs, systems, and operating rhythms that support a fast-growing global engineering organization.
