About this role
The Director, Global Renewal Operations will lead and scale Anaplan’s global renewal operations organization, reporting to the VP of Global CS Operations. The role partners with sales, customer success, and renewal leaders to drive forecasting, territory and quota design, executive reporting, compensation administration, and overall renewals effectiveness to reduce churn and improve renewal performance. The director will also provide counsel to geo VPs, develop accurate forecasting and pipeline measures, and represent renewals in cross-functional decision-making.
