This role also oversees HRIS, benefits, leave, and compliance functions to ensure operational excellence across people systems. The director partners closely with the Chief People & Culture Officer and Finance to align pay philosophy with organizational mission, talent goals, and budget. They drive implementation of pay structures, equity audits, and employee-centered communications to support attraction, retention, and engagement.
