Director Strategic Accounts - National GPOs, Foodservice and Facility Aggregators

The Director Strategic Accounts is the primary Smart Care contact for key national Group Purchasing Organizations, Food Service Aggregators, and Facility Service Aggregators, responsible for ensuring customer needs are met while driving retention and growth. This leadership role builds long-term relationships, acts as a trusted advisor to national customers, and contributes to company-wide strategy and cross-functional coordination. The role balances client relationship stewardship with overseeing multi-functional teams to deliver profitable business outcomes.
