About this role
The Account Manager will be the first hire dedicated to Metabase’s new cross-sell motion, focusing on driving adoption of new products like Metabot within an existing global customer base. The role is responsible for shaping go-to-market strategy, including building target account plans and refining product positioning. This position operates in a zero-to-one environment, helping to define processes and playbooks for a new revenue stream. It is fully remote within a distributed, asynchronous, and growth-focused team.
