About this role

The Customer Success Manager, Implementations at CorePlan is responsible for leading end-to-end presales and implementation projects to ensure clients transition smoothly from sale to full platform adoption. This role encompasses developing detailed project plans, configuring the software to meet customer specifications, conducting data migration, and delivering tailored training programs. The manager will collaborate globally, manage multiple simultaneous projects, and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and successful software adoption. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Customer Success or project management, preferably within SaaS.
