CareerVillage.org is seeking a Founding Account Executive to lead the growth of Coach, its AI-powered career navigation product, by building a scalable go-to-market motion. The role partners closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to expand adoption among institutional buyers in workforce development and higher education. This position is remote-first within the U.S. with approximately monthly travel and optional hybrid in NYC.
