The WorldAssist (WA) Coordinator supports WorldStrides’ global educational travel programs by managing on-program issue resolution and ensuring a positive, low-effort experience for customers, field staff, and internal stakeholders. The role is part of a distributed, 24/7/365 team supporting experiential learning travel across multiple program types.
