The CRM & Retention Specialist supports the delivery of an integrated customer retention strategy for Hyundai Capital UK, working with dealers, OEM partners and internal teams. The role analyses customer data, converts insights into tactical campaigns, and manages CRM platform activity to maximise renewals and retention. It reports to the CRM & Retention Manager and involves supplier management and cross‑functional stakeholder engagement.
