The Head of Sales at Kasa will architect, build, and lead a national sales organization focused on corporate and group segments, positioning Kasa as the preferred accommodations partner for project-based, extended-stay, and corporate travelers. The role owns sales strategy, talent, and execution to drive meaningful revenue toward 2026 targets and will personally secure key national accounts. This leader will work closely with Commercial, Revenue Management, Distribution, Marketing, and Operations to integrate sales with the broader commercial engine.
