About this role

A 6-month temporary HR Business Partner role within TheFork's international People team supporting Iberia, focused on delivering a fair, consistent and compliant employee experience. The role is centered on employee relations and partnering with managers across Sales, Marketing and the Global Shared Service Centre. You will support organisational changes, engagement initiatives and work closely with HR Service Delivery and Works Councils. The position starts Jan/Feb 2026 and operates in a flexible, multicultural environment.
