The Inside Channel Development Representative enables and supports non-managed partners by providing timely assistance with licensing, product inquiries, and partner program engagement. This role serves as a key point of contact to ensure a smooth partner experience and drive long-term collaboration within the Veeam partner ecosystem. The position focuses on assisting partners in closing deals, managing onboarding, and promoting the adoption of Veeam's partner tools and resources.

Responsibilities

Provide reactive support to non-managed partners within defined SLAs
Assist partners in progressing and closing Veeam deals
Support onboarding by enrolling and activating new partners in the Veeam ProPartner Network
