The Lead CX / Platform Architect is a senior, hands-on technical leader responsible for defining and executing end-to-end architecture for enterprise customer experience, contact center, and communications platforms. The role aligns technical direction with Product and Technology strategy and acts as a trusted advisor to executives, product leaders, engineering teams, and customers. This position is based in Dallas, San Diego, Boca Raton, or Atlanta and follows a hybrid work arrangement (2 days onsite per week).
