About this role
The Operations Manufacturing & Industrial Engineering Leadership Development Program (OLDP-ME/IE) at RTX is a two-year rotational, entry-level program that provides hands-on manufacturing and industrial engineering experience across multiple company sites. Participants complete three 8-month rotations, receive mentorship and leadership training, and relocate across the U.S. to build technical and business acumen for a career in aerospace manufacturing and operations.
