About this role
The Diagnostics Learning and Enablement Partner is a member of the Learning & Development team supporting the US Diagnostics & Reference Lab business unit. This manager-level role is business-facing and focused on aligning learning initiatives with commercial strategies for the diagnostics portfolio, including onboarding and new product introductions. The position is based in NJ, PA or Remote and partners closely with sales and marketing leaders across the organization.
