Lifeguard

This part-time position is responsible for maintaining safe swimming conditions in the pool, deck, and surrounding areas while creating a positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement. The role involves conducting active surveillance, responding to incidents, and ensuring compliance with all safety rules and policies. The employee will also maintain a clean and orderly aquatic environment and foster positive relationships with patrons and staff.
