The Manager of Sales Engineering, Majors/Commercial will lead the Americas Field Engineering SE team to drive technical excellence across the pre-sales cycle and support Majors and Commercial sales. This role partners closely with sales, product, and engineering leadership to win new business, expand accounts, and provide product feedback from the field. The manager is responsible for org planning, staffing, budgeting, regional recruiting, and reporting SE performance. They will also provide hands-on technical support for key accounts as needed.
