Member Service Representative

The Member Service Representative provides front-line member service as the first point of contact within the branch, handling transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and account openings. This role involves processing payments, assisting with debit and credit card needs, and balancing the cash drawer daily. The position also requires actively cross-selling Credit Union products and services while maintaining accurate documentation and conveying detailed instructions to members.
