The role supports a 24/7 operational environment with an overnight (Sun–Thu 10pm–6am CT) shift and helps customers understand risks to employee safety and business continuity. The position involves translating complex meteorological information into clear guidance for non-technical and executive audiences and contributing to customer-facing briefings and content.
