The Ops Excellence Specialist at Bigblue ensures warehouse and fulfillment operations run efficiently, reliably, and at scale across a European network of partner warehouses. The role focuses on driving continuous improvement initiatives, standardizing best practices, and supporting key projects that reduce cost and increase capacity. It is highly hands-on and embedded in operations while working closely with Product, Tech, Finance, and Data teams to evolve Bigblue’s proprietary WMS and operational model. Based in Paris with extensive travel, the position plays a critical part in supporting Bigblue’s rapid e-commerce logistics growth.
