About this role

The HR Business Partner for the Commercial function will act as a strategic partner to Agoda’s Supply and Strategic Partnerships teams, driving people strategies that support business objectives. The role focuses on enabling organizational effectiveness, leadership and talent development, and aligning HR priorities with evolving commercial needs. The HRBP collaborates closely with business leaders, People COEs, and other HRBPs to design and deliver scalable people programs and support change initiatives.
