Rapid7 is hiring a Senior-level service design leader to define and deliver the end-to-end Managed CTEM service experience as the company expands into India. The role centers on translating complex security workflows into intuitive, outcome-driven services and shaping the vision for a new managed offering targeted for a V1 launch in 2026. This early hire will partner across product, engineering, and delivery to establish playbooks, partner models, and scalable processes that improve customer outcomes and enable automation.
