This first product marketing hire will partner closely with the CEO, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to shape go-to-market strategy during a critical growth phase. The role focuses on turning complex product capabilities into clear value propositions and stories tailored to HR and benefits leaders. It is a high-ownership position responsible for building the product marketing function and processes from the ground up.
