About this role
This role is a senior individual-contributor sales position responsible for driving revenue growth for Avante’s AI-powered HR and benefits platform. The position focuses on selling into self-funded, enterprise employers and their HR and benefits teams, as well as working closely with brokers and consultants. The salesperson will own key customer relationships, shape the go-to-market and sales approach, and represent customer needs back to internal teams. The role includes significant travel and influence on Avante’s revenue function at a critical growth stage.
