Restaurant Manager

Smashin Crab is seeking an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager to support the overall operation of the restaurant while providing direct leadership within an assigned Front of House or Back of House department. The role requires leading the entire restaurant during assigned shifts, balancing strong guest experiences, employee accountability, operational standards, labor management, and financial performance. This position involves managing teams of approximately 15–25 employees in a high-volume, full-service environment.
