The Retention & Growth Manager owns customer relationships for renegotiations, renewals, upsells and downgrades, driving portfolio growth and retention while migrating customers to new MarTech commercial models. The manager is accountable for delivering against GP and ARR targets and supporting broader business transformation efforts.
