Sales Lead (L4) at CareMessage owns sales execution across new business, renewals, and expansion for the nonprofit’s patient engagement platform. The role is accountable for $2M in new ARR and 101% Net Revenue Retention while personally closing at least $750K in new ARR. It combines hands-on selling with ownership of Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, and Sales Enablement and reports to the Chief Customer and Revenue Officer. The position supports CareMessage’s mission to advance health equity.
