About this role
RVP, BPO & Managed Services Partnerships will lead partner go-to-market for GSIs, BPOs and managed service providers to position the company’s AI customer service platform as the core engine for partner-led transformation. The role owns portfolio strategy and execution—building joint offerings, driving partner-sourced revenue, and scaling partner influence across markets. You will lead a global team of partner GTM specialists and solution consultants and work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and the CTO Office.
