The SDR Manager will lead and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives to drive pipeline generation and partner/customer acquisition for a growth-stage FinTech. This high-impact role focuses on team performance, coaching, and scaling outreach strategies while collaborating with Sales and Marketing to optimize lead flow and handoffs. The position is hybrid with on-site expectations in one of Flex’s hubs (NYC, SF, SLC) and may include relocation assistance for out-of-area candidates.
