About this role
Collibra is hiring a Senior Customer Experience Advisor to execute and manage customer experience programs that improve engagement, retention, and the overall end-to-end customer journey. This individual contributor role partners closely with cross-functional teams and leadership and reports to the Manager of Customer Experience. The position is based in Raleigh with a hybrid work model requiring at least two days per week in the office.
