About this role

The Senior Director, Global Compensation at Insulet leads the strategy and design of global compensation and recognition programs to support the company’s business objectives across the Americas, EMEA and APAC. Reporting to the VP, Total Rewards, this role is a member of the Total Rewards leadership team responsible for shaping programs such as base, bonus, LTI awards, pay transparency, job leveling and sales compensation.
