Senior Director, Technology PMO

The Senior Director, Technology PMO provides strategic leadership and hands-on governance for the Technology Program Management Office, overseeing the prioritization, resourcing, and delivery of critical IT programs across restaurant operations, infrastructure, and enterprise back-office portfolios. This player-coach role involves personally leading the planning and execution of the organization's most complex projects while mentoring project managers and setting enterprise-wide PMO standards. The position requires autonomous decision-making authority over risk tolerance and resourcing trade-offs, serving as the primary interface between Technology and senior business stakeholders, including franchise leaders and the Board of Directors.
