About this role

The Senior Partner Solutions Engineer is a senior individual contributor responsible for driving growth and technical enablement of key partners (National Partners, VARs, and System Integrators) across the UK, Benelux, and DACH regions. This role serves as the primary technical point of contact to help partners establish and scale CCaaS and CXA practices built on the Talkdesk platform, providing deep technical engagement, enablement, co-selling support, and thought leadership. The position reports to the Vice President, Partner Solution Engineering and requires regular regional travel to support partner success.
