The Senior Retention & Lifecycle Designer will own and elevate lifecycle creative across the company’s portfolio, centralizing design output for email, SMS, direct mail, and emerging touchpoints. This role combines hands-on design work with leadership responsibilities—managing designer VAs, setting creative standards, and ensuring brand and compliance alignment. The position partners closely with Retention, Brand, Growth, and CRO teams to scale creative systems and improve velocity while maintaining quality.
