About this role
The Senior Sales Enablement Manager will own end-to-end enablement for LaunchDarkly’s Growth segment, driving new business acquisition across AEs and SDRs globally. The role focuses on pipeline generation, onboarding and everboarding, methodology and messaging adoption, and process enablement. This position partners cross-functionally with Field Operations, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales Leadership to deliver scalable programs and measure impact. It reports to the Senior Director of Field Operations + Enablement.
