About this role

This role is a senior technical support engineer on Druva's Global Customer Support/Product Support team, responsible for ensuring customer success and satisfaction with Druva products. The position requires collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, QA, Solutions Delivery, Sales, and Product Management to drive issue resolution and product improvements. The engineer will also contribute to documentation, runbooks, training, and escalation management to improve customer experience and support processes.
