The Strategy & Operations Business Partner for CS/CX is a senior post-sales role that partners with Customer Success and Customer Experience leadership to architect cross-functional initiatives that optimize the end-to-end customer lifecycle. The role focuses on driving measurable, data-driven impact on revenue, retention, and product adoption and serves as a bridge between high-level strategy and technical execution. This position is full-time and based in Oakland, CA with a hybrid schedule (in-office Monday/Wednesday/Thursday and remote Tuesday/Friday).
