The Senior Telephony Engineer is an individual contributor on the Operations Infrastructure team responsible for supporting and maintaining the systems and integrations that power SoFi’s Operations organization. The role combines technical expertise, process understanding, and analytical insight to optimize member interactions within the telephony platform and drive data-informed improvements. The engineer partners with Product, Engineering, and Operations stakeholders to deliver reliable, well-documented, and scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and member experience.
