About this role
The Service Delivery Manager (L08) is a member of Synchrony’s IT Service Management Group supporting Major Incident and Problem Management processes. The role focuses on initiating and coordinating technology-based incidents reported by internal users, support teams, vendors and clients, and ensuring follow-up, analysis and continuous service improvements. The position contributes to reducing business impact from incidents and supports process and onboarding activities for incident management.
