Site Coordinator - People & Culture (Temporary role)

The Site Coordinator supports the culture and community for Perforce’s India-based team members, helping foster a welcoming, engaging environment for both onsite and remote employees. The role partners closely with Employee Experience and People & Culture teams to drive local culture initiatives and philanthropic efforts. It focuses on community-building, supporting global diversity and inclusion programs, and maintaining an engaging calendar of events and activities. The position also contributes to broader employee experience programs and local office presence in Pune.
