The Software Engineer will join Flip’s engineering team to help build and maintain voice AI products and conversational assistants. The role focuses on working with production Python systems that interface with external services and LLMs, and contributing to product direction through customer and cross-functional collaboration. The position is onsite and involves close partnership with R&D, Product, and Customer Success teams.
