About this role
The Solutions Architect will support sales and customer-facing teams by defining technical solutions, designing implementations, and communicating product vision to prospective enterprise clients. The role partners with Sales, CSMs, and Technical Services to draft technical responses, manage onboarding, and escalate development needs when required. This position reports to the APAC Manager of Technical Services and Solutions and requires frequent regional travel and bilingual communication in Japanese and English.
