Sous Chef

The Sous Chef serves as the second-in-command in the kitchen, overseeing food production and ensuring all staff adhere to the quality standards set by the Executive Chef. This role involves supervising kitchen operations, maintaining sanitation and safety practices, and assuming managerial duties during the Executive Chef's absence. The position requires leading by example, training employees, and assisting with menu planning and purchasing.
